We’re looking for a data-driven leader to serve as our Senior Manager of Marketing Insights & CRM Analytics, responsible for turning data into strategic insight across our marketing ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in understanding customer behavior, optimizing acquisition and retention strategies, enhancing CRM performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing channels (paid search, email, social, SEO, referral, and event marketing) against KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Own the strategy and analytics for HubSpot, including campaign tracking, funnel performance, lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle workflows, and retention strategies.
  • Develop advanced segmentation models to uncover patterns in customer behavior and value.
  • Design and lead A/B tests and multivariate experiments across ads, email, landing pages, and nurture flows to improve engagement and drive sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Build and refine attribution models to understand how prospects move from initial engagement to conversion across touchpoints.
  • Support marketing budget planning and forecasting by analyzing historical performance and predicting return on future campaigns.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and automated reports for real-time performance monitoring using BI tools.
  • Maintain data quality, consistency, and accuracy across marketing and CRM systems.
  • Research private aviation trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform messaging, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Member Services to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing and event professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM strategy, or marketing insights, ideally within luxury, aviation, or high-consideration B2C industries.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, SQL, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel modeling.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset and executive presence.
