About The Position

The Senior Manager of Technology will lead enterprise Network and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms with accountability for strategy, delivery, reliability, and modernization. This role combines strong infrastructure leadership with a security-first, product-oriented mindset—treating platforms as services with clear roadmaps and outcomes. Some of the things you’ll be doing: Own Network and HCI platform strategy, operations, availability, performance, resilience, and lifecycle management. Lead multiple global technical teams delivering networking, virtualization, and HCI services. Embed security-by-design through partnership with Enterprise Security and Security Architecture. Manage services as products with defined consumers, roadmaps, and KPIs. Drive operational excellence (incident, problem, change, capacity management). Improve customer and operator experience through reliability and clarity of service consumption. Build a strategic road map aligning with Enterprise Technology’s vision Manage budgets, vendors, and execution of approved initiatives. Lead and develop managers and senior engineers across the Network and HCI domains. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and security adoption. Identify skill gaps and evolve teams toward modern, automated infrastructure practices.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in infrastructure technology roles with deep Network and HCI experience.
  • 8+ years leading multiple teams of leaders.
  • Proven strategic and operational leadership in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and execution-focused leadership.
  • Experience managing external vendors as a senior resource, accountable for engagement oversight, delivery quality, and issue escalation.
