The Senior Manager translates qualitative and quantitative findings into prioritized actions. This position requires exceptional organization and attention to detail, comfort and fluency with AI-enabled tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while taking initiative to lead innovative, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals and company values. About the team: The team leads initiatives to foster a Culture of Listening by gathering associate feedback and translating it into actionable solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, they deliver timely resolutions supported by AI and operational channels. Focused on continuous improvement, the team drives business efficiency through data analysis, process enhancement, and effective communication. They manage projects and operations with a commitment to quality and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This team plays a vital role in supporting associates and advancing operational excellence across the company.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in operations and project management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, develop insights, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Expertise in process improvement, workflow management, and quality management to optimize operational performance.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to build partnerships and drive collaboration across multiple business functions.
  • Leads with executive presence by translating complexity into clarity, mobilizing teams around priorities, and driving closed-loop execution to measurable results.
  • Combines approachability with credibility—builds trust fast, listens actively, and influences without authority to move work forward.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience leading cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and allocate resources to support business priorities and operational objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support innovation, site selection, and continuous improvement efforts.
