About The Position

The Senior Manager of Parking leads and inspires the Valet and Parking teams across the property, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience that reflects the high standards of the MGM Resorts brand. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, guide team performance, and oversee labor and financial management to achieve key business goals. This leader plays a critical role in shaping the guest’s first and last impression by delivering exceptional service, optimizing operations, and supporting a high-performing team dedicated to outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Works closely with VP of Hospitality and Director of Hotel Ops to implement strategic Initiatives provided by Hotel Strategy CoE for hotel operations.
• Implements revenue and staffing strategies as implemented by the Hotel Strategy CoE
• Leads the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, hiring, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for all Valet operations team
• Responsible for employee engagement and guest experience for the Valet and Parking teams, utilizing the tools provided and through coaching, training, rewards and development
• Develops and supports company policies, legal requirements, and guidelines of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Ensures vehicles in valet are safe, secure and parked or retrieved in a timely manner
