Block Renovation is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships to build and manage partnerships that drive homeowner demand, revenue, and brand credibility. This role will begin as a temp-to-perm engagement (4–6 months, minimum 30 hours per week) focused on building a partnerships pipeline, closing initial deals, and launching pilot collaborations. If successful, the role will convert into a full-time position responsible for owning and growing Block’s partnerships channel. This role will own the full lifecycle of partnerships—from identifying opportunities and developing pipeline to negotiating deals and launching successful collaborations. The focus is on partnerships that deliver measurable business impact while strengthening Block’s presence across the home and real estate ecosystem.
