Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Patient Experience Marketing - Neuroscience to be located in Titusville, NJ. Responsibilities

  • Leverage disrupter competency to optimize an insight-based End-to-End fulfillment and persistency strategy leveraging research, data, market dynamics, and competitive assessments.
  • Advance health equity by uncovering disparities and developing strategies to support better treatment outcomes for underserved populations impacted by their specific mood disorder.
  • Help develop compelling and relevant communications to drive awareness and understanding towards MDD patient engagement programs and support services.
  • Engage patients, caregivers, and providers in co-creating and continuously optimizing solutions.
  • Define KPIs and establish metrics and goals for Px fulfillment and persistency strategy and solutions.
  • Inform requirements for Px solutions and ensure optimal pull-through.
  • Help lead program core teams and ensure required integration of PECS solutions teams.
  • Lead planning efforts for communications and training in support of Px programs.
  • Report on End-to-End Px performance through the use of PECS dashboards, research, and analytics resources.
  • Help lead training initiatives to ensure strong delivery of patient experience initiatives.
  • Work closely with program owners in the PECS solutions teams to identify and pull through opportunities to optimize programs.
  • Support a culture of learning, smart risk-taking and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of healthcare business experience, of which 3 years demonstrated marketing or similar experience.
  • Experience in more than one of the following areas: Pharmacy Channel Experience, Professional, Market Access, or Direct to Patient Brand Marketing, Services, and/or customer experience marketing, Business planning, Product or Service launch, Strategy development, Field experience, Working across a matrixed organization, Experience with predictive models and machine learning, Digital marketing and/or CRM experience, Change management, P&L management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record for forging strong, productive relationships.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Skilled in using personal knowledge and any other available resources to resolve problems for customers.
  • Eager to set ambitious goals and take ownership for results.
  • Ability to dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to try new things based on strong business rationale.
