About The Position

Key Responsibilities Support the development of Payer Medical policies to ensure the Portable Connect in- home rehabilitation device is covered and paid for. Leveraging existing relationships to influence policy development and reimbursement strategies across national and regional commercial payers, integrated delivery network payers, independent physician associations, ACO’s and Government payers. Establish and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influential stakeholders within payer organizations and the MedTech community. Analyze and present data-driven insights, identifying trends and ensuring payer engagement programs align with the companies’ goals. Collaborate with the Director of Market Access to develop and communicate strategic plans, tactics, and payer engagement initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Reimbursement, Health Economics, and Market Access teams to ensure comprehensive strategy execution. Work with and collaborate with the Payer Relations Specialist with the administrative tasks associated with overseeing a portfolio of clients. Responsible for assisting the field and RCM in pulling through complicated cases.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of field-based experience in the medical device industry/DME preferred.
