We’re seeking a Senior Manager, People Compliance to design, execute, and improve global People Compliance programs. Reporting to the Head of People Standards & Compliance, this role leads cross-functional initiatives, assesses regulatory impacts, and operationalizes compliant, scalable people processes aligned with OpenAI’s goals. You’ll partner closely with Legal, People, Finance, L&D, and other teams to ensure programs are effective, auditable, and scalable.
