The Senior Manager, Policy and Programs is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of work in NEEP's Policy and Programs department, including research, tools, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Manager will manage NEEP's role in convening the New England Heat Pump Accelerator, which is a major regional heat pump market transformation initiative. NEEP serves as the regional convener for this multi-year project. The Senior Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, oversee a project Advisory Council, uphold a governance process for the Council, establish and oversee regional engagement opportunities, draft program documents and other public facing resources, and coordinate stakeholders and market actors. In this role, the Senior Manager will provide direct oversight and support state implementation and the evaluation of the initiative.
