Senior Manager, Merchandising Product Development - Beauty & Personal Care Products – Walmart Brands This role is based onsite in Bentonville, AR; relocation required At Walmart, we help people save money so they can live better. As a Senior Manager, Product Development, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Walmart’s Private Brand businesses across Beauty & Personal Care. Your product expertise, customer-first mindset, and industry vision will enable you to create innovative, high-quality products that customers trust and love. In this role, you will translate deep customer insights and technical expertise into best-in-class product strategies and specifications. You will partner closely with merchants and cross-functional teams to bring new products to life, influence category direction, and help shape the future of beauty and personal care at Walmart. You’ll thrive in this role if: You are passionate about building successful businesses and grounded in the fundamentals of product development, including customer insights, trends, brand development, formulation, and manufacturing. You are comfortable influencing across the industry—from ingredient and finished-goods manufacturers to national brands, regulatory bodies, special interest groups, and academic partners—and translating those perspectives into strong business opportunities. You build trusted relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, and know how to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. You are data- and AI-savvy, using analytics, customer behavior, and emerging AI tools to anticipate market shifts and accelerate learning and strategic planning. You confidently work across business leaders (merchants, executives) and technical experts (R&D, sourcing, quality, manufacturing) to drive priorities forward with clarity and influence. You are tenacious, self-directed, and energized by ownership, autonomy, and healthy competition in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment at Fortune 1 scale. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
