Sam’s Club is looking for a hands-on, design-driven product development leader to elevate our Seasonal Home Décor assortment across seasonal and core categories. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a high-visibility opportunity to bring product strategy, design clarity, and executional excellence to a complex, high-SKU business. Your product expertise, customer/member-first mindset, and industry vision will enable you to create innovative, high-quality products that members trust and love. In this role, you will translate deep member insights and technical expertise into best-in-class product strategies and specifications. You will partner closely with merchants and cross-functional teams to bring new products to life, influence category direction, and help shape the future of Seasonal Home Décor at Sam’s Club. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence and visibility, located in Bentonville, Arkansas (relocation assistance offered). What you'll do...
