This work is core to Capital One's mission, changing banking for good! As a Product Manager on the C.O.R.E. Product team, you will design and deliver best in class, innovative and data driven technology products that delight customers. We're passionate about building platform software for the next generation of technologists at Capital One and are looking for someone excited to build tech platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative and data-driven technology products.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria.
  • Breakdown business epics into features and user stories.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset using hypothesis-driven assessment of data.
  • Support in prioritizing feature development roadmaps.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally and externally.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work autonomously in an agile environment to develop features.
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists.
  • Deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends.
  • Participate in horizontal forums to build relationships among teams.
  • Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into digital products.
  • Experience building data protection products.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification or extensive experience in AWS.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile product management.
