As part of the product management leadership team, you will have a direct hand managing the most advanced avionics solutions in the world. What You Will Do: The Product Manager leads all phases of the product lifecycle from inception through completion. Primary responsibilities for this position include strategic planning for assigned products, leading a product management team to maintain production flow, execution of obsolescence projects, and promoting cross-business product synergies to support business unit objectives. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in avionics products and project management with operations/manufacturing experience. Candidates will also balance technical knowledge and business acumen to manage assigned product lines. This position reports to the Portfolio Director and is an active participant on the leadership team. Lead cross-functional teams that regularly manage products/services with new market capabilities and offerings. Responsible for managing product lines through their life cycle and creating cross-business product synergies to support business objectives. Execution responsibilities include cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, manufacturing, product support, and quality for assigned product lines. Develop product line investment business cases, new business growth strategies and annual strategic planning efforts for the business. Manage risks with meaningful financial and schedule mitigation plans. Lead the product management teams to drive supply chain resilience and achieve output and delivery assurance targets. Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, either directly or indirectly.
  • Must be able to travel <10%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
  • The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position.
  • The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.
