TEAM SCG is hiring a senior operations leader to oversee the systems and processes that support our client e-commerce programs. We power inventory-backed client webstores (“company stores”) used by organizations to distribute branded merchandise for employees, events, marketing initiatives, and loyalty programs. These programs combine e-commerce storefronts, inventory management, and warehouse fulfillment. This role is responsible for ensuring those programs operate reliably and scale effectively. Key areas of focus include inventory planning, order management workflows, fulfillment performance, and the development of repeatable operational processes. This is not a marketing e-commerce role. This is an operations leadership role focused on inventory, fulfillment, and operational infrastructure. The right person in this role will help strengthen the operational foundation of our programs and is tech savvy with a creative approach to problem solving.
