Requirements

  • Executive-level written communication review and guidance
  • Strong Excel fluency for interpreting commercial metrics and pricing strategies
  • Ability to translate strategy into operational execution
  • Strong change management and leadership skills
  • 7–10 years of experience in proposals or commercial leadership
  • 3+ years managing teams or managers

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop regional proposal managers and senior ICs
  • Own regional proposal KPIs (win rate, cycle time, utilization)
  • Drive process improvement and standardization across the region
  • Serve as escalation lead for complex or high-value opportunities
  • Partner closely with regional Sales and Finance leadership
  • Ensure consistent application of global proposal standards
