Role Summary: Provides leadership for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations including supplier enablement, content management and metric compliance. This includes creating an e-procurement strategy that optimizes service and cost; organizing a team and technology to develop and optimize processes; and creating best practices to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability for both domestic and international procurement. The Manager - Procurement Enablement’s partnership across Sourcing, Accounting, Finance Services, and IT will be critical for success.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in the implementation and operation of an e-Procurement system with associated process and change management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in collaboration with internal and external business partners to build partnerships with the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, analytical and presentation skills matching an ability to act with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Musts be an innovative problem solver.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • At least (5) five years of experience in gradually increasing procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management, preferably with a specialization in Procurement platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform as a heavy end-user, technical owner, implementer, or system administrator is strongly preferred.
  • Procure-to-pay solution experience a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Implements and extracts maximum value from e-Procurement technology.
  • Coordinates effectively with Buyers to implement and maintain accurate, cost-efficient content for catalogs.
  • Leads efforts to assure ordering and invoicing activity is implemented and managed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Leads efforts to assure that users of tools, such as Workday, are identified and provided with timely training.
  • Define system KPIs and responsible for metrics scorecard readouts to impacted business units as well as senior leadership.
  • Develops working knowledge of all applicable P2P software modules and can identify impacts to the system, department or other departments as assignments are performed.
  • Participates in special projects as role requires.
