This role will lead the valuation strategy for Direct Mail acquisitions, overseeing how we optimize multi‑million-dollar budgets and target the right customers using advanced analytical and financial frameworks. In this role, you will: Lead a team in building consistent valuation frameworks to guide credit card origination strategy using advanced methodologies and technology Demonstrate strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, statistics, economics, and financial valuation Manage and develop teams of excellent professionals, and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk Engage and influence peers, management, and experienced leaders companywide Identify and recommend opportunities for transformation of data into actionable information that drives business outcomes, strategies, and risk control development Manage modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data distribution tools and processes requiring significant technical complexity within analytics Act as a technical expert for experienced management on highly complex issues Make decisions and resolve issues regarding data aggregation, strategies, resources, and operations of risk analytics to meet business objectives Interpret and develop risk policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within Analytics and Reporting Recommend strategies and actions to be considered by management relative to high risk Collaborate with and influence peers, all levels of professionals, including experienced managers Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Risk Analytics Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
