We're seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, who will play a critical role in enhancing the productivity and performance of Global Relay’s sales teams across our rapidly growing organization, executing our global enablement strategy within our New York office. You will be closely collaborating with the Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and other key departments to develop, deliver, and continuously optimize a comprehensive sales training and enablement program. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed in a highly regulated, B2B SaaS environment. The development of a comprehensive sales training program should focus on three core areas: Product Knowledge: Understanding and communicating the value proposition, differentiators, and technical aspects of Global Relay’s products and services. Sales Process: Mastering sales tools, sales processes, and CRM systems like Salesforce to drive sales effectiveness. Sales Methodology & Skills: Upskilling sales teams on proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and fostering strong sales practices to improve overall sales performance. Training experience is critical, but this role goes beyond training delivery. You will own onboarding effectiveness, methodology adoption, frontline manager enablement, and the successful rollout of Go-to-Market initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the creation and delivery of sales training frameworks, particularly in the SaaS or technology sector, and possess strong facilitation and coaching skills for all levels of experience.
