About The Position

Senior Manager, Skill Development positions offered by Trexis Services LLC (Atlanta, Georgia). Develop customized training programs for employees, clients, and partners, and work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver personalized feedback. Mentor, manage, and lead engineers across various projects, promoting their professional growth through oversight and guidance. Cultivate cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels. Implement critical retention strategies by conducting one-on-one sessions with engineers, offering refresher courses to sharpen technical skills, and promoting development best practices through specialized training initiatives. Collaborate with fellow managers to review and improve the technical delivery of online banking projects. Help identify key roles for specific tasks, and best skilled engineers for given assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in information technology
  • 5 years of experience in Technical disciplines including JavaScript, Flutter, Systems Architecture, and Systems Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in Developing intelligence software systems
  • 5 years of experience in Cloud-native development
  • 5 years of experience in Working in financial services, online banking, or fintech
  • 5 years of experience in Utilizing knowledge across web, backend, systems, and mobile platforms to enable the creation of engineering training curriculums
  • 5 years of experience in Google Suite (now Google Workspace), including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Meet, Google Calendar, and Google Forms
