Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated paid and organic social media strategies that directly align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Lead channel growth, content planning, and compelling storytelling across key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Guide our internal creative teams in developing engaging, platform-native content that truly resonates with our audience.
  • Build, scale, and manage a robust in-house influencer and creator program, spanning macro, micro, and nano-influencers.
  • Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic influencer partnerships that authentically align with our brand voice and values.
  • Measure and continuously optimize influencer campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring a consistent brand voice and fostering meaningful engagement through both proactive outreach and reactive commentary across all platforms.
  • Leverage social listening tools to uncover valuable consumer insights, gauge brand sentiment, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for our marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor brand conversations in real-time and lead crisis management responses, ensuring swift, coordinated, and brand-appropriate communication across all channels.
  • Identify and activate innovative social commerce opportunities, including shoppable posts, TikTok Shop, live streaming, and affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate closely with our eCommerce and Retail Marketing teams to drive measurable sales directly through social channels.
  • Define crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, insightful reports on performance, learnings, and optimization opportunities across all social and influencer programs.
  • Continuously refine our marketing efforts by leveraging data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in social media, influencer marketing, and community management, preferably within CPG, pet care, or health & wellness industries.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct and/or indirect people management experience, including oversight of agency partners and third-party community managers.
  • Proven success developing and executing paid and organic social strategies.
  • Experience with social media management, listening, and influencer tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Aspire).
  • Experience building social commerce strategies and driving conversion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
