About The Position

Position Summary: The Sr. Manager will lead Strategic Operations Analytics team focused on Strategic Planning, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics & Modeling, and cross functional collaboration driving key initiatives including Market Model and Network Design, AI integrations insights, Inventory and Capacity Planning, and Productivity Improvements. This role will lead the strategic planning process that includes Operations and Commercial teams by submarket within each region. This role requires the ability and intellectual capacity to examine complex issues with ambiguous or unknown variables, gather and synthesize the data necessary to enable decision-making, and then drive/manage projects to improve the processes. The area of focus will include but not be limited to following realms within our Supply Chain & Operations: Network Design, Operations Excellence, Field Operations, Intake, Scheduling, Procurement, Fleet & Logistics, Inventory and Capacity, and Patient Services. At times, this role will be asked to lead cross-functional projects that will involve redesigning processes across our Supply Chain to improve patient satisfaction, safety, quality, cost, efficiency and on-time delivery. Critical thinking, applied statistics knowledge, strong attention to detail, a passion for problem solving, and the ability to concisely communicate opportunities and risks to senior management are a must. Requirements

  • Ability to understand, synthesize and visualize data using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and programming languages such as Snowflake, Python, or R.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences Using Optilogic, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, and Microsoft Excel, design, develop and deliver supply chain network design, transportation and inventory optimization models and simulations
  • Eight (8) to Ten (10) years of related experience as an Analytics Lead or Manager in business analysis, supply chain or operations
  • BS or BA degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Operations is required
  • Possesses extensive knowledge regarding data modeling and exposure to simulation
  • Experience developing Optimization Models to answer complex business questions and support ongoing decision-making
  • Experienced with managing change and driving change through the organization
  • Primarily office-based with extensive computer and data analysis work.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • May require up to 20% travel for site visits, implementations, and leadership meetings.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and high visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Network Modeling to analyze the cost, capacity, capability and service elements of the regional supply chains, model & simulate the impact of strategic network decisions on these elements and summarize & present their analysis to executive leadership.
  • Manage supply chain modeling data using Snowflake, Oracle, and other disparate data sources.
  • Manage project lifecycle, including the development of project scope and deliverables and the weekly communication of project status
  • Establish a reporting hierarchy that extends from daily operations through to executive level reporting.
  • Create operational and executive metrics to increase performance visibility and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure relentless focus on operationalizing optimization across value streams, including elimination, automation, and transformation of business processes, leading to greater efficiency and cost savings.
  • Act as the key liaison with the business to align on the Operations strategy to support the verticals and regions.
  • Provide strong thought leadership in various supply chain value streams including procurement, fleet & logistics, and inventory.
  • Develop an Analytics & Data Science roadmap that is aligned with Operations Senior leadership to support service, cost, and cash objectives.
  • Identify data gaps, create business requirements and work with the Business Intelligence and Data platform team to drive improved visibility.
  • Partner with the Patient Service, Supply Chain, Intake, Field Operations, Operations Excellence and Technology teams to identify process gaps, and recommend both process changes and reporting that will ensure sustained improvement.
  • Prepare workflow, process diagram and presentations by partnering with multiple teams to identify gaps and create cost-benefit analyses to improve business projects.
  • Develop feedback loops and business processes across the network
  • Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
  • Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
