If you’re ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us. The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale. As part of the CEO office, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization. This role is based in San Francisco or New York.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps / cases issued by CEO, whether focused on revenue growth, cost optimisation, organizational effectiveness, M&A etc
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
  • Be a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and to keep the projects against its agreed timelines
  • Take a data driven approach to ensure overall healthiness of the organization
  • Work cross functions to deliver IPO readiness
