About The Position

Your day to day Create and drive the P&T strategy: Create strategic presentations: develop paper/presentations to the Board, EC, SLT Strengthen planning (annual/ quarterly) planning mechanisms w/ repeatable structures for priority management Partner across P&T to drive clarity of a clear P&T value prop and develop strategies for key priorities Support key initiatives, to support product deployments / enhancements Embed P&T strategy & messaging: Manage P&T Messaging Center of Excellence (CoE) ensuring key assets, are easily leveraged, distributed, & understood for P&T Operations function Cascade P&T’s strategy and priorities consistently across the P&T leadership teams, and functional/regional leadership team meetings Partner with Communications to ensure all P&T colleagues (e.g., via townhalls) and owners (e.g., via webinars) are engaged and informed about our positioning Partner with Product Marketing on messaging that supports owner-related communications with clear, aligned narratives Equip IHG stakeholders with tools and assets to amplify the value of the IHG brand through our P&T value story Activate strategy with P&T leaders & key stakeholders: Represent P&T’s holistic strategy and value in high-visibility presentations, acting on behalf of P&T leadership Enable alignment and connection across P&T leadership through SLT/ELT forums, offsites, and events focused on building enterprise mindset Support the planning of P&T presence at select industry conferences, ensuring message clarity, alignment, and consistency Ensure that P&T’s overarching story is represented through all conference-related engagements Collaborate across P&T teams to support product launches and delivery of key enterprise priorities Partner with Product teams to drive key initiatives: Collaborate across P&T teams to support product launches and delivery of key enterprise priorities Embed AI best practices & tool recommendations to drive efficiency & consistency

Requirements

  • Strong Consulting and executive stakeholder management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Deep understanding of strategy development, messaging frameworks for senior executive audiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and best practices to drive operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and consistent messaging
  • Proven ability to cascade strategy across functions, and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with competitive benchmarking and identifying relevant market trends and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create polished content under tight deadlines
  • Global and regional business experience, particularly in technology or hospitality organizations
