Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Summer Sales who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. Lead a high-activity field sales team to acquire new customers, hit monthly/quarterly goals, and elevate sales quality and customer experience. You will deploy territory plans, coach to a repeatable sales process, partner closely with Marketing and Field Service, and manage performance through data-driven routines.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years leading field sales teams with a track record of beating goals; strong hands-on coaching style.
  • Proficiency with CRM/reporting, funnel math, and conversion optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Security/smart home or home services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own team performance: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day leadership for a diverse field sales team.
  • Run a consistent operating cadence: daily huddles, weekly trainings, monthly recaps; design contests/morale programs to drive results.
  • Territory planning & pipeline management; forecast weekly and remove blockers quickly.
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted local campaigns; ensure a consistent customer message in-market.
  • Collaborate with Field Service leadership to ensure handoffs that protect customer experience.
  • Maintain market awareness (competition, pricing, offers) to guide tactics.
