Weber Blackstone's finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, U.S. Commercial Finance & Operations who will lead finance support for the U.S. business across the Weber and Blackstone brands. This role partners closely with U.S. commercial and operations leadership to drive forecasting, planning, performance management, and profitability analysis for the largest and most complex region within the Americas.Reporting to the VP of Finance – Americas, this position serves as the primary finance partner for U.S. Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in Weber's headquarters in Palatine, IL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and gross margin drivers.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Proven people leadership and ability to influence without authority.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. P&L forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning processes.
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights explaining business performance.
  • Own gross margin analysis, including volume, price, mix, cost, and promotional drivers.
  • Drive accountability for U.S. SG&A budgets and trade-offs.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing, promotions, trade spend, and incentive programs.
  • Support demand planning, inventory performance, and working capital insights.
  • Evaluate financial returns on new products, channel strategies, and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop customer, channel, and category profitability analyses.
  • Lead and develop analysts supporting the U.S. business.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Accounting on monthly close and financial reviews.
  • Establish analytical standards, priorities, and operating cadence.
