About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic EPMO Leader for CapEx Management to join our team. This pivotal role ensures that our capital investments are strategically aligned, financially disciplined, and governed with rigor. The successful candidate will provide transparent reporting and strong stakeholder engagement, enabling senior executives to make informed decisions that maximize business value and support sustainable growth.

Requirements

7+ years in project portfolio management, program management, or PMO leadership, with a focus on capital expenditure or large-scale investments.
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver executive-level governance and reporting.
Strong financial acumen, including business case development and ROI analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and portfolio management tools.
Experience in a matrixed, global environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead business case development and portfolio prioritization in collaboration with global, regional, finance, and technology leaders.
Monitor budgets and spending to ensure financial discipline and alignment with organizational goals.
Drive benefits realization and provide comprehensive reporting to senior leadership.
Manage risks and issues related to CapEx projects, ensuring timely resolution.
Serve as the primary liaison for senior executives on CapEx matters, facilitating governance and communication.
Continuously improve CapEx governance processes and prepare the organization for scaling the ePMO function.
