Your Impact As a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) in North Charleston, South Carolina, you will lead frontline manufacturing leaders and teams responsible for delivering the 787 Dreamliner—one of the most technologically advanced aircraft ever built. You will serve as a cornerstone leader, translating strategic production goals into disciplined execution on the factory floor—while building a culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and pride. Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
• 3+ years of experience managing teams
• 3+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing others
• Demonstrated ability to lead across organizations and influence outcomes
• Decision-making capability in complex, dynamic environments

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience, ideally in Final Assembly, Structures, Interiors, or Flight Test
• 3+ years of proven success leading Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience leading through production ramp-ups, operational transformation, or growth environments
• Track record of building high-engagement, high-performance teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• A&P Certification
