The ideal candidate must have experience managing metric-driven cross-channel advertising campaigns. He/she/they will be experienced in a wide range of marketing activities, including digital areas of social media, content marketing, website architecture, SEO, analytics, ad serving, and CMS development. He/she will have the ability to understand the big picture, while managing the day-to-day implementation of the established strategies. The candidate will have an understanding and passion for emerging digital technologies and how they apply to the overall vision. The ideal candidate must be motivated by analytics and driving ROI. The Senior Marketing and Recruiting Specialist will also be a motivated, goal-oriented team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, where flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness are required for success. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing effective results-oriented marketing strategies, planning and executing campaigns, as well as analyzing and reporting campaign performance to optimize ROI. This is a 1-year fixed term position with the possibility of renewal based on continuing external funding.
