This role is focused on owning and driving the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of the prospect-to-lead journey across sales systems. You will lead strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and measurable impact. Additionally, you will manage and maintain clear, up-to-date system architecture documentation, incorporating feedback from business stakeholders and adapting as needs evolve. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with global technical teams, IT system owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. You will also evaluate, implement, and integrate third-party and SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce and adjacent technologies) to enhance the sales automation ecosystem, overseeing thorough solution testing, including quality assurance and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key partners, ensuring reliable deployment.
