Responsibilities
- Responsible for specific product categories and the health of that portfolio, including but not limited to P&L.
- Understanding application needs by target end-users and developing the category to support and improve their work.
- New Product Introduction & Pricing
- Assessing Competitive Landscape
- Partnering with Product Management & Global colleagues to improve speed to market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key departments.
- Maintain working knowledge of Brand goals & strategies and customers initiatives in order to quickly assess project requirements.
- Maintain an open and enthusiastic communication style with internal customers in order to facilitate strong dynamic of customer focus, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Proactively look for opportunities to drive change and improve both process and project outcomes
Requirements
- 8 years' experience in Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- High energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be team oriented.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
