This position will be part of the OptumRx Government Programs Operations Department and play a key role in providing best in class CMS beneficiary member communications support for those clients contracted with the OptumRx Employer Group Waiver Plan Prescription Drug Plan (EGWP) specific to the State of New Jersey. As a Senior Communication Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to provide service and analysis to support the operations and business objectives of the Medicare Part D Member Communications Department.
