Senior Marketing Coordinator

About the position

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Greater Washington team. This position will lead proposal coordination from positioning through RFP submittal, interview, and debrief. You will report to our Marketing Manager and be based in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Lead project positioning, including planning and organizing initial strategy meetings with technical staff.
• Lead the proposal process from kickoff to submittal for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other client inquiries, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality and compliant.
• Coach and support technical teams, preparing them for interviews and presentations.
• Participate in client debriefs. Use InDesign and Word to format and design visually appealing proposals.
• Help develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.

Requirements

• Five + years of experience in marketing and proposal development within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
• Strong writing, editing, and organization skills.
