Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and ABM.
  • Build and execute account-based marketing programs in Demandbase to engage and convert key accounts.
  • Partner with sales to align on targets, lead qualification, campaign strategies, and reporting to maximize pipeline contribution.
  • Optimize digital performance, managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic campaigns, and website conversion strategies.
  • Optimize lead nurture workflows in HubSpot, ensuring seamless movement through the sales funnel.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI, using insights to refine marketing efforts.
  • Create and optimize email copy, landing pages, and ad copy to support demand generation and ABM initiatives.
  • Optimize funnel progression by developing strategies that move leads seamlessly from awareness to conversion, leveraging targeted nurture programs, retargeting, and personalized content to accelerate pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS, automotive technology, or supply chain software.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, ABM, and marketing automation, with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Demandbase.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic campaigns, as well as conversion rate optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting to optimize campaigns.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end while balancing multiple priorities.
