Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of pharmaceutical marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, digital, and other non-personal promotional channels.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign engagement, effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Tap into a variety of data and information sources to provide answers to key business questions, including internal and external reports and dashboards, primary and secondary research sources, etc.
  • Prepare presentations which present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing timely and relevant insights to support decision-making.
  • Assess targeting strategies to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant and high-potential audiences.
  • Utilize data and market research to understand audience behaviors, preferences, and needs.
  • Provide insights on how different messaging and content drives engagement with different audience segments.
  • Analyze website behavior to provide insights into visitor behavior and opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Review market research to stay informed about brand drivers and barriers, broader market and competitor information, and emerging opportunities.
  • Research competitor marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an analytics role, with at least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies, including both consumer and HCP marketing.
  • Experience working with marketing datasets across multiple channels (email, display, TV, social media, search, etc).
  • Strong quantitative, mathematical skills and understanding of basic statistics.
  • Proven abilities to mine data and bubble up insights that are actionable.
  • Exceptional information visualization and presentation skills, including experience with PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in data and presentation review.
  • Proactive self starter and highly responsive to stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb personal time management skills, highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deliverables.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
