We're looking for an innovative Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Community-Led Programs, with a particular focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to significantly scale their impact and reach. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of community engagement at HubSpot. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing programs that empower our passionate community members, customers and partners to connect, learn, and grow together, all while exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to amplify our efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies for scaling HubSpot's community programs, driven by community members and enhanced by AI.
  • Facilitate Peer Connections: Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to help customers connect and meet up on their own schedules.
  • Grow HubSpot User Groups (HUGs): Drive growth of our global HubSpot User Groups program, empowering HUG chapters and leaders.
  • Incubate New Programs: Assist with ideation, development, and launch of new, innovative programs that are truly community-led.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with customer success, marketing, product, and other teams.
  • Champion the Community: Act as a passionate advocate for the HubSpot community internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or customer success, with a strong focus on community building, program management, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience or a strong understanding of how to leverage AI and machine learning to solve business challenges.
  • Proven track record of scaling successful programs from ideation to execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • A passion for community building and empowering customers to take ownership of their communities.
  • Experience with HubSpot's products and ecosystem is a plus.

  • Experience working at a SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with community platforms and tools.
