You will serve as a trusted advisor and one of the primary Marketing contacts to the Consumer Deposit Products and Payments (CDPP) business building valuable relationships with business leaders to translate business, client, and product strategies into supporting integrated marketing strategies and plans leveraging all available marketing tactics such as digital and direct to consumer. This role has strategic influence on marketing for the CDPP business and will be accountable for driving exponential new customer acquisition, deepening engagement, and maximizing product usage across millions of customers. You are a decidedly driven professional skilled in both strategy and execution. You will collaborate and negotiate with internal and external marketing partners to develop integrated marketing plans, programs, and tactics that leverage marketing capabilities to achieve business goals; enhance client experience; and acquire, grow, and retain profitable client relationships. You will work within an agile pod, including participation in sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning sessions, to gain alignment on upcoming priorities while ensuring pod capacity. As a valued member of the department, you will have consumer deposits marketing experience at a top bank, or financial services/marketing experience with Fortune 500 companies with a proven track record of successfully navigating large, complex organizations operating in agile or pod-based environments. You have supported marketing planning for the business with a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems. You also have experience while reviewing and analyzing campaign results to inform future strategies and forecasts and crafting and present compelling, compelling and insights-based presentations that you will deliver to executives. The Senior Marketing Manager is a top-level marketing expert that manages/leads development and/or execution of marketing large scope plans/programs/projects/strategies by designing and delivering complex marketing solutions/insights consistent with TD’s marketing standards and strategies, in support of business results, customer engagement and experience.
