As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind our dining brand on campus, developing and driving initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and revenue. Your work will directly impact how students experience dining at Babson College.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven, hands-on marketing experience.
  • Strong B2C marketing expertise; B2B experience is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, culinary, retail, merchandising, and client relations teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting to large groups and diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary, Hotel Management—or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing impactful social media content and digital strategies.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual marketing plan and budget to meet sales goals across meal plans, retail dining, residential dining, catering, concessions, and summer programs.
  • Execute promotions and campaigns that resonate with students and the campus community.
  • Manage all client and campus communications—daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Partner and integrate student and alumni businesses into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Own the digital strategy for dining, including social media, digital engagement, and online brand presence.
  • Implement and measure consumer feedback programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain exceptional merchandising standards across all dining locations.
  • Present marketing strategies, results, and campaigns to campus partners and student groups.
  • Collaborate with departments across campus to support events and introduce new initiatives.
  • Manage and support Student Success interns and marketing coordinators.
  • Support associate training, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
  • Deliver ROI reporting and track key performance indicators.
  • Partner with clients and collaborators through quarterly vision planning meetings.
  • Support satellite locations, regional marketing projects, and special initiatives as needed—including occasional evenings, late nights, and weekends.
