Classy Llama is seeking a self-driven, creative Senior Marketing Specialist to manage and produce high-quality content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing creative work with strategic planning, and will thrive in an independent, flexible work environment. The Marketing Division operates with teamwork, prioritizing excellence without compromising velocity.

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce.
  • Proven experience in social media content production and management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media, email, and newsletters.
  • Experience in email marketing, layout design, and basic graphic design.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated self-starter with excellent time management and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration within the team and with other departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to industrial, agricultural, or automotive B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI utilization in marketing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Develop and release video content (including editing) using Adobe Premiere; occasional use of After Effects.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Design and layout email newsletters and basic graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Plan and coordinate overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Independently manage schedules for content release, social media posts, and video publishing.
  • Coordinate and help plan schedules for trade shows, including designing backdrops and handouts.
  • Manage and maintain lists within Salesforce CRM.
  • Oversee email campaign distribution, ensuring accurate audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Partnerships, contributing ideas and executing marketing strategies
