About The Position

Handles advanced mechanical troubleshooting, major repairs, and equipment reliability support in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; trade/technical training preferred.
• 5–8 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Solid knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Advanced mechanical diagnostics
• Precision alignment & measurement
• Hydraulic/pneumatic repair
• Welding & basic fabrication
• Use of precision tools (micrometers)
• Independent problem‑solving
• Strong communication & mentoring ability
• Must be able to pass drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, presses, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Perform precision alignment, bearings, balancing, and micrometer‑level work.
• Lead overhauls, shutdowns, and emergency repairs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and improve PM/PM programs.
• Train and support junior mechanics.
• Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, confined space).
• Document work in CMMS.
