A Senior Media Performance Manager will be responsible for building and defending the measurement framework for reach channels, including incrementality testing, lift studies, and MMM alignment. This role sits at the center of marketing, analytics, finance, and leadership, turning complex data into clear business insights that shape how we scale reach investments. You’ll also play a key role in evolving how we evaluate and scale emerging reach opportunities. This includes measurement for upper and mid-funnel marketing investments, ensuring our reach channels are driving measurable business outcomes and fueling long-term growth. Rather than owning individual channel strategy, you’ll partner closely with channel managers and agencies, ensuring strong testing roadmaps, and helping the broader team understand where upper funnel is creating real, incremental value.
