About The Position

Our ideal candidate is a multifaceted motion-focused creative. You are a big thinker who understands what it takes to bring stories to life through movement, rhythm, and visual narrative. We expect an excellent standard of execution from any experienced motion designer joining our team. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Account, and Marketing teams to develop cinematic, purposeful motion systems and animated brand expressions. You are fluent in brand and confident in conversations around visual strategy, especially as it relates to dynamic systems. You bring ideas that translate brand strategy into powerful motion concepts, from early storyboards to final animation. We are looking for an ideas-first creative—an experimenter who enjoys exploring new technologies, pushing boundaries, and solving tricky problems through motion design. You welcome challenges, think beyond the expected, and introduce new perspectives that inspire the team. Studio culture is critical to us. You are a proactive self starter: articulate, reliable, collaborative, and always looking to elevate your craft and the work around you. You thrive in a studio setting and contribute to a positive, inspiring, and innovative environment.
