Senior .NET Application Developer – Legacy Modernization / API / SQL

Position - Contract - Onsite (Columbia, South Carolina) SC - State Government Project
South Carolina Residents only - No relocation
Visa Status - USC & GC

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with application development
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
• 3+ years of experience with maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
• 3+ years of experience with debugging
• .NET (C#) development
• SQL Server / T-SQL
• Legacy system modernization
• REST API development & integration
• Entity Framework / Dapper
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD
• Power BI (DAX)
• Debugging & reverse engineering
• Data warehouse integration
• Security (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in South Carolina court/judicial systems or other government environments
• CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
• Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex)
• Batch processing and transactional systems
• API integrations
• Data warehousing environments
• Case lifecycle (filed, pending, disposed)
• Court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates)
