As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Experience .Net development
• Strong experience Angular 17 or Above
• Prior experience in a lead role (technical leadership, architectural decisions, mentoring, or team coordination)
• Hands‑on experience with SSRS and SSIS (ETL Process)
• Familiarity with Checkmarx and SonarQube for code quality and security scanning
• Experience working with Angular 18 or the latest Angular versions
• IBM MQ experience
• Background in BDD / ReqEnroll
• Software development expertise in one or more high level programming languages with developed language agility to move easily from one product to another
• Expertise in optimizing the data architecture, database queries and indexes as a cornerstone for delivering scalable, performant products and services
• Proficient at designing, building, and optimizing automated pipelines with automated testing and automated security controls
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams with demonstrated success leading improvements (getting leaner/faster/happier)
• Ability to implement features across mobile, web, and API service levels as applicable to the product team
• Ability to lead by example and inspire passion and enthusiasm within the team
• Orchestrates and executes strategies across teams that deliver measurable business value
• Demonstrates mastery of software languages, architecture, and design; is perceived by most as the expert
• Excellent interpersonal, concise verbal, and clear writing skills
• 7-10 years of software development experience required
• 2-4 years of experience leading multi-developer projects required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• 2-4 years as a lead and/or subject matter expert preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field; and/or commensurate experience preferred
