About The Position

West Monroe is hiring an Senior Onboarding Specialist to own the post-hire → Day-1 experience for new colleagues across the US, Costa Rica, and UK. This mid-level role sits in Talent Acquisition Operations and partners with TA, HR Operations, ICT, Talent & Leadership Development and business leaders to deliver a seamless, high-quality onboarding journey for executives (high touch), experienced hires, and campus cohorts (high-volume). You’ll help design and scale processes, run day-to-day delivery, and be the primary point of contact for new hires before they start. At West Monroe, we work with you. Requirements

  • 4+ years in onboarding, HR operations, talent operations, or talent acquisition (professional services experience a plus).
  • Proven experience with executive onboarding and onboarding experienced professionals; exposure to high-volume campus programs preferred.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a consultative approach with senior leaders.
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch and working across global jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with Workday/ATS and onboarding systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance to Day-One for executive, experienced, and campus hires.
  • Deliver high-touch executive onboarding and scalable campus onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding logistics: communications, equipment, system access, compliance checks, and Day-One readiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally (TA, ICT, HR Ops, TLD, Legal, Payroll, practice leaders) to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Build playbooks, checklists and metrics; identify automation/near-shore opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary new-hire liaison; collect and act on feedback to improve the experience.
