About The Position

In this strategic role, you will own and evolve lifecycle monetization across the online and self-serve ecosystem. As a lifecycle leader, your ability to translate product usage and customer intent into measurable revenue impact will be paramount. You will shape the product-led growth and monetization strategy, working cross-functionally to maximize customer lifetime value within a dynamic, multi-product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in lifecycle monetization for PLG SaaS or subscription businesses.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue impact through lifecycle programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
  • Deep understanding of product usage analytics, predictive modeling, and LTV frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to balance automation with personalization.
  • Experience in multi-channel lifecycle marketing and orchestration strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Owning lifecycle monetization strategy, driving conversion, upgrades, expansion, and resubscription.
  • Leading lifecycle strategy across activation, adoption, expansion, renewal, and win-back.
  • Partnering with Data Science and Analytics to build segmentation and predictive models.
  • Driving lifecycle experimentation to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Defining measurement and attribution frameworks connecting programs to growth.
  • Influencing product roadmap and go-to-market priorities through insights.
