Perricone Farms is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our Beaumont, CA facility. Position Summary: he Senior Operations Financial Analyst reports to the Director of FP&A and plays a critical role in supporting plant operations, financial planning, and EBITDA improvement across the organization. This position partners closely with plant leadership and executive management—including the CFO, CEO, and COO—to provide actionable financial insights that drive operational performance and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on operational finance, production analytics, and financial modeling to support manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and profitability. The Senior Operations Financial Analyst works cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Strategic Sourcing to align operational performance with financial goals and the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, business analytics, or related financial roles supporting manufacturing or operational environments.
Experience supporting plant operations, supply chain, or production finance in industries such as CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or retail preferred.
Demonstrated experience partnering with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and profitability.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance reporting.
Experience developing financial models, scenario analysis, cost analysis, and variance analysis to support operational decision-making.
Ability to analyze and interpret plant-level performance metrics such as cost per case, yield, labor productivity, conversion costs, scrap, and OEE.
Proven ability to identify key operational drivers, cost improvement opportunities, and EBITDA impact.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for operations leadership.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including financial modeling and large dataset analysis.
Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment.
Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-support capabilities.
High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to financial accuracy and governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-growth, private equity–backed, or rapidly scaling organizations is a plus.
Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles is a plus.
Experience with financial planning and analytics tools such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Experience building operational dashboards and KPI reporting tools to support plant performance monitoring preferred.
MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Operations Finance & Plant Partnership Partner with the Plant Manager and operations leadership to monitor and improve plant-level EBITDA and operating performance.
Provide financial analysis to support production planning, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Sales, and Marketing to align operational plans with financial objectives.
Identify and evaluate cost reduction and margin improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
Financial Planning & Analysis Support the company’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models and operational dashboards to support plant decision-making and strategic planning.
Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, identifying key operational drivers impacting performance.
Perform trend analysis and scenario modeling to support production strategy and profitability improvement.
Plant Performance & Operational KPI Analysis Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, including: Cost per case / cost per gallon Yield and fruit recovery rates Labor efficiency and productivity Conversion costs Scrap, waste, and shrink Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and throughput.
Support plant leadership with data-driven reporting and performance dashboards.
Reporting & Financial Governance Support preparation of financial and operational reporting for senior leadership, investors, and lenders.
Partner with Accounting during the monthly close process, ensuring financial accuracy and reconciliation to the general ledger.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial models, operational metrics, and reporting outputs.
Strategic & Process Improvement Support evaluation and financial analysis of capital investment and operational improvement projects.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting efficiency, and analytics capabilities.
Utilize technology and financial planning tools to strengthen FP&A and operational finance effectiveness.
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
