About The Position

As a Sr Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs. You will help to elevate the standard, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment, and Logistics departments, ensuring they are all set for success. All this with a long-term mindset, nurturing positive daily habits with special care on scalability and cost-efficiency. Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our growth business.

Requirements

5+ years of management experience
Effective project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Food Manufacturing, Shipping, or Logistics operations is highly valued.
Being able to speak conversational Spanish and/or another language is preferred

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight
Monitor real-time operations across key areas, including Label Printing and Sealing, ensuring adherence to SOPs and consistent execution
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to prevent disruptions
Ensure compliance with key KPIs, including sealed meals per hour, labor efficiency, and food safety standards
Act as the primary escalation point for on-ground teams
Team Coordination
Manage labor planning and scheduling, ensuring associates are aligned on daily priorities and expectations
Supervise and support team members during operational hours
Coordinate effective shift handovers across teams and facilities
Resource Management
Ensure appropriate staffing levels during both peak and off-peak periods
Identify and escalate resource gaps to senior management in a timely manner
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze shift-level performance metrics
Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing key activities, issues, and resolutions
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions
Communication
Maintain clear and consistent communication with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Support, and Quality Assurance
Relay updates, changes, and priorities to team members in a timely manner
