We are looking for someone to drive sales support, onboarding, and servicing Thread Bank’s direct customers including direct local business customers, larger corporate clients, and embedded firms that require commercial banking solutions. This role will evaluate competitive offerings to identify gaps and recommend enhancements that will strengthen the bank’s treasury management and embedded portfolio. This position works closely with relationship managers, technology teams, and operations to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience while optimizing treasury management products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, finance, or business related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking or related financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of treasury products such as ACH, wires, lockbox, RDC, and fraud prevention services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury management services.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, compliance, and technology teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with embedded clients and API-driven banking solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Banking and Embedded Teams to support sales efforts, including product presentations, proposal development, and pricing recommendations.
  • Orchestrate efforts bank wide to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify gaps in the treasury management product suite and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
  • Work closely with existing clients during support calls to understand their cash flow needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Support product managers in identifying enhancements and gaps in the bank’s treasury offerings and client facing educational material.
  • Lead the onboarding process for treasury management customers, ensuring efficient implementation of services such as ACH, wires, remote deposit capture (RDC), RTP, positive pay, and merchant services.
  • Guide clients through account setup, system integration, and user training to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, retail, risk, compliance, and technology) to ensure smooth execution of client implementations.
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of offboarding/ winddown process of Embedded clients as they transition away from Thread Bank services.
  • Serve as a key point of escalation for Operations and Customer Support for treasury management customers, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions related to system access, transactions, and service enhancements.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures for treasury services.
  • Work as a change management agent for Operations staff to facilitate and prioritize organizational initiatives that impact Operations
  • Leverage bank’s technology and workflow tools to create automations that streamline onboarding, issue resolution, and other operational workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between embedded clients, third party technology providers and the bank’s product/technology teams to ensure seamless integration to various digital banking solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in payments, treasury management, and embedded to enhance the bank’s treasury offerings.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to the product team, ensuring that treasury services evolve to meet the needs of businesses, corporate clients, and embedded partners, including embedded banking solutions.
