CoStar Real Estate Manager is the leading platform for lease accounting, lease administration and the management of portfolios, transactions, projects and construction. Clients use CoStar Real Estate Manager to make smarter decisions and to enable their team to work together more effectively. As an industry leader, we need to fill a unique, hands-on position to generate more marketing- and sales-qualified leads via outbound channels such as email. This position would work closely with BDRs and Sales Representatives to make sure every lead we generate is handled with thoughtfulness. The position would also interact closely with our content and demand generation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, write and manage email nurture programs
  • Coordinate BDR + sales rep outbound activity
  • Write and manage newsletters + customer comms
  • Coordinate with inbound team to make content cohesive
  • Increase email traffic to website
  • Increase MQL to SQL conversions
  • Strategize and manage direct mail campaigns
  • Start an indirect / partner email program
  • Manage internal comms
  • Perform other tasks to improve conversion, retention and expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • 5+ years in SaaS marketing, preferably outbound marketing
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar platform
  • Experience working with Hubspot

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing to enterprise customers is highly valued
  • 2+ years’ experience with email marketing, list management, analysis
  • Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist certification
  • An ownership mentality will thrive in this environment
  • A POV on account-based marketing would be beneficial
