Job Summary: The Sr. Sales Representative is a senior level position responsible for leading complex sales projects and initiatives in the water industry. This role involves identifying and pursuing high value sales opportunities, conducting advanced sales presentations, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. The Sr. Sales Representative works closely with cross functional teams to address customer needs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior sales staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Manage and maintain CRM database
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and presentations
  • Handle invoicing and payment processing
  • Monitor and track sales expenses and budgets
